dislooped agrees to create AI-generated video(s) featuring the Client's logo or brand elements ("Brand Elements") integrated into surreal or comedic scenes for distribution on dislooped's official social media channels.

Each purchase covers one (1) video of either 5 seconds or 10 seconds in duration, depending on the package selected by the Client at the time of purchase.

Clients may purchase multiple videos. Each video is considered a standalone creative deliverable under the terms of this agreement.

Brand Elements will be incorporated into the video's environment (e.g., signage, props, clothing, product packaging) in a way that matches the tone and style of dislooped's content.

Final placement, style, and scene composition are determined by dislooped. Client input may be considered, but full creative control remains with the creator.

dislooped guarantees the brand will not be misrepresented, defamed, or associated with harmful content.

For each purchased placement:

• One (1) AI-generated video (5s or 10s depending on package) with embedded branding, posted on @dislooped's channels (Instagram, TikTok, and/or X).

• Optional: One (1) high-resolution still frame upon request for reposting or portfolio use.

Full payment is due upfront for each video slot before production begins.

All payments are non-refundable once production starts.

Discounts may apply for bulk purchases and will be agreed upon in writing prior to payment.

dislooped retains full creative and copyright ownership of all video content.

Client is granted a non-exclusive license to repost the branded content on their digital and social channels with credit to dislooped.

Client may not alter, edit, or repurpose the video beyond reposting without written permission.

While dislooped videos are crafted for viral performance, no guarantee is made regarding views, shares, reach, or engagement.

Video placements do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Videos will remain publicly viewable on dislooped's social accounts for a minimum of 90 days, unless removed for legal, ethical, or platform-related reasons.

After that period, dislooped may archive, unlist, or remove the content at their discretion.

Client confirms they own all rights to the Brand Elements provided and agrees to indemnify dislooped against any third-party claims.

dislooped agrees not to depict the brand in any way that is obscene, defamatory, or damaging to reputation.

Once published, requests for edits or reworks are not guaranteed and will be considered at the discretion of dislooped.

Any disputes will be addressed through good-faith communication before legal steps are taken.

Submission of payment serves as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acts as a binding agreement between the Client and dislooped.
